Constructed in the early 1900s with assistance from the Episcopal ladies of Perry. These women decided to fundraise for a chapel, and after nine years, they collected funds from:
Silver tea- $52.50
Cake Sale - $13.30
Musical - $84.98
They also sold: notepaper, guava paste, Christmas cards, candy, teas and held kitchen bazaars with apron-making parties.
They also had rummage sales, and fish chowder supers at the fair grounds to raise money.
