1887 Beaches Museum Chapel

Jack and the 1887 Beaches Chapel. Designed by Robert Sands Schuyler and built two blocks from where it stands now.

The Beaches Museum Chapel on Jacksonville Beach in Duval County is part of the Beaches Museum and History Park.

The Beaches Chapel was at one time known as St. Paul’s By-The-Sea, serving the coastal community.

It was moved from Pablo Beach (now Jacksonville Beach) inland, then turned, and later split in half, enlarged and the bell tower was removed. Relocated again with a name change to Beaches Chapel in 2012, it was moved to Pablo Historical Park. The stained-glass windows are not original.
